Welcome to North Pole Studio!
North Pole Studio opened in early 2007 and is the oldest active, largest and most established pole dance studio in the Nordic region. We offer a wide range of classes in poledance / polefitness, stretch / flexibility, contortion, aerial hoop and yoga for all levels. We also have concept classes in the various disciplines, as well as private classes, bridal showers, hens parties and events.

As an organizer of the International Competition Pole Art in 2010-2012 and Aerialism, an open stage poledance and aerial showcase, NPS has over the years not only acted as a venue for pole enthusiasts in Northern Europe, but also set the standard for what Poledance is today.
The studio is located on Sveavägen 111 in central Stockholm, 750m from T-Rådmansgatan and T-Odenplan, respectively. The studio accommodates reception, lounge, dressing room with 1 shower, 2 toilets and 3 training rooms – distributed on 350 sqm.
In Room 1 there are 12 poles with 45mm diameter and a ceiling height of approximately 3m, as well as a separated stretch surface equipped with a soft mat. In Room 2 there are 8 poles with 45mm in diameter. There is also a stretch corner with wall bars. Room 3 is equipped with a soft mat throughout the rooom, as well as complete stretching equipment such as yoga blocks, foam rolls, rubber bands in different strengths, balls and weights. There are also cieling brackets for 2 poles and 4 aerial hoops.
