Terms & Conditions
General
1. Processing of personal data according to PUL
In order to manage the participant’s notification, North Pole Studio AB receives and stores information about the name, address and course of the participant’s registration. The data is stored in customer register to send the participant information about upcoming activities in the next level of difficulty from which the participant has already passed. No data is shared with third parties. The participant can always refuse any further information and / or request to be removed from the customer register.
Courses
1. Participant
All training is at your own risk and the participant should be at least 18 years old. For participants under the age of 18, the goalkeeper needs to book in the participant’s place.
2. Registration
When registrating for a course, the participant receives a confirmation by email with a reminder of time, location, price and payment terms. It is the responsibility of the participant to provide the correct e-mail address in order for North Pole Studio AB to contact them.
3. Payment terms
Course fee is paid to BankGiro 323-7252. Invoice will be sent to your specified e-mail address.
4. Missed classes
It is the participants’ responsibility to attend their classes, and we can only guarantee a spot in the class you enroll with. Should the participant for personal reasons miss one or more of their classes, it is possible to catch up missed classes, provided that the participant reported absence by 4 pm the day before the class. Please note that this is subject to availability and ordinarily registered participants take precedence.
It is also possible to catch up classes in advance, if you know that you will be away. You can catch up on any class in the same price level, however we recommend catching up in the same class type and level. Please see your instructor or reception at the start of class to check availability. If the participant is unable to attend missed classes during the current course period, you can transfer a maximum of three classes to the next period, provided that the participant then attends a course at North Pole Studio.
Please note that the course continues and the participant is liable for payment regardless of whether or not they are present.
5. Complaint
Complaints can only be granted in the following cases:
- The participant has not been able to participate in the current course due to acute illness or injury that has arisen or become known after the start of the course.
- Medical certificates must be from Sweden written by a registered doctor. The sickness certificate needs to certify physical injury or disease that prevents physical activity.
Complaints are not granted in the following cases:
- Pregnancy or because of mental health reasons. However, you can move classes to a later date if you have a sickness certificate.
6. Right of withdrawal
North Pole Studio AB applies a right of cancellation under the Distribution Agreement Act when registering for courses over the internet or telephone.
